Forms for declaration of candidacy may be obtained from the Tulare County Elections/Registrar of Voters Office website at www.tularecoelections.org commencing on July 13, 2020 and shall be filed with the Registrar of Voters office by appointment only or by certified mail, received not later than 5:00 P.M., August 7, 2020. Appointments may be made starting July 6, 2020 by calling (559) 624-7300.
